General InformationA fast drying, VOC compliant coating that both primes and seals plaster, wood, drywall and masonry. PRIME LOCK Plus provides excellent enamel hold-out will not raise wood grain; and is a high performance reactive stain blocker that seals stains from smoke damage, crayon, lipstick, etc. Can be topcoated with any latex or alkyd finish coat.
