RALPH LAUREN INTERIOR ACRYLIC FAUX TECHNIQUE GLAZE has been
developed for use with Ralph Lauren exclusive fabric techniques; Indigo
Denim, Bright Canvas, Antiqued Leather and Aging as well as other faux
finishes like sponging, ragging and colorwashing.
RALPH LAUREN INTERIOR ACRYLIC FAUX TECHNIQUE GLAZE creates
wonderfully translucent finishes with striking visual depth. A breakthrough in
glaze technology, this acrylic formulation glides on effortlessly and retains
the patterns left by the tools. Use this glaze with the exclusive Ralph
Lauren fabric techniques; Indigo Denim, Bright Canvas, Antiqued Leather
and Aging or other techniques such as sponging, ragging and colorwashing.

For interior use on properly prepared surfaces such as ceilings, walls and
trim where a Ralph Lauren technique or faux finish is desired.
Applicators Needed – INDIGO DENIM: Ralph Lauren 7” Denim Weaver, Ralph
Lauren 4” Denim Check Roller. BRIGHT CANVAS: Ralph Lauren 7” Canvas
Weaver. ANTIQUED LEATHER: Ralph Lauren Antiqued Leather Stippler Brush,
Ralph Lauren Antiqued Leather Fitch Edge Brush.
For best results, a satin or semi-gloss base-coat is recommended. If applying
over a freshly painted surface allow final basecoat to dry at least 24 hours
before applying glaze. Faux Technique Glaze may be used to achieve a variety
of faux finish techniques. It can be applied and distressed by a wide variety of
tools and materials, including: synthetic and combination bristle brushes;
foam or woven roller covers; artists brushes; sponges; lint free rags; chamois
cloth; and combing and graining tools. It is recommended to practice on a
test panel to perfect your technique before applying on the wall.
Clean-Up & Care
Clean hands and tools with warm, soapy water. Wipe up spills with a damp
cloth. Freshly glazed surfaces may be gently washed after 30 days with a mild
nonabrasive, non-oily, cleanser and water. Avoid harsh, abrasive cleaners.
Repainting Your Walls – If in the future you wish to paint over the glaze, simply
re-prime and apply your new wall treatment in technique, Unique Finish or latex

Apply at 400 - 800 sq. ft/gal (10 - 20 m2/L). Actual coverage may vary depending on substrate and application
method. Coverage varies from 400 to 800 sq. ft. per gallon relative to the technique being performed. This
product will remain wet and workable for approximately 20 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Glaze dries
to touch in 60 minutes.
