World Paint Supply ships most U.S. orders via Fed Ex ground. However, sometimes due to the size of the order, weights, and dimensions Fed Ex may not be able to handle the order and our system will not accept the order. In this circumstance, you can either try splitting up your items into multiple orders, or contact us and we can arrange to ship via Fed Ex Freight or another common carrier.
Most orders will ship same day. And our goal is ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt. Sometimes product availability will cause shipment delays – especially on large orders. We work diligently to keep any delays to a minimum.

For Customer Order Errors: Email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in returning your merchandise to World Paint Supply. If the return is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as wrong item ordered, or wrong quantity ordered, the return will incur a 25% restock fee. All items must be in undamaged, resaleable condition and returned within 30 days of your order.
Paint which has been tinted a particular color cannot be returned.
If your return request has been approved you will receive a return authorization via email as well as shipping instructions. Contact UPS and arrange for your return. You are responsible for freight charges

If we have made an error in processing your order we will be happy to assist you in returning product to our warehouse. Please report these errors within 48 hours and we will issue you a return authorization and packing instructions. We will then arrange for freight and issue a call tag for Fed Ex to pick up the package for World Paint Supply.
World Paint Supply charges N.M. Gross Receipts Tax to customers in New Mexico. All other customers will not be taxed.
